As a travel agency specializing in hotel bookings, we would request that this workgroup include within its agenda not only payments from clients but also commission payments from hotels and chains to the agencies for business booked.

At any time, we are running after some 30% of our commissions and eventually forfeit a good portion of these because the hotels feel no responsibility to pay the commissions due to us
