Nexus opens up access to Ratefinding.com |

Nexus World Services announced today a new service for hotel groups that provides direct access to corporate travel buyers in some of Germany's biggest companies. Using the Nexus platform, hotels can now apply to participate in the hotel programs of those companies using Ratefinding.com as their preferred hotel procurement system. |
Ratefinding.com is a service of DERTOUR which in turn is part of the travel division of Rewe, one of the leading travel-related organizations in Germany. Its clients include Siemens, Bayer Group, Munich Re and Deutsche Post DHL.
Nexus' Managing Director, Geoff Andrew explains, 'Ratefinding.com is a sophisticated system that offers its corporate clients a really customized way of managing their hotel programs. For example, it has great flexibility in handling things like trade fair dates which are so important in Germany. The challenge from the hotel side is to be able to manage so many different program formats in an efficient way. We've now developed some smart functionality that solves the problem. It's a major step forward because it means hotel groups can handle their entire rate contracting process through Nexus.'
The launch of the new service has been timed to coincide with the start of the 2010 rate season and training for all Nexus users interested in reaching Ratefinding.com clients is now underway.
